Proper Use of This Bundle

Suggested Use: as a dietary supplement, follow the directions for each formula included in the bundle.

• Women's Multivitamin: take two (2) capsules in the morning with a meal.

• Omega 3 Fish Oil: take one (1) soft gel, 2 - 3 times daily with meals.

• Probiotic - 40 Billion CFU: take two (2) capsules once a day — one during the day and one in the evening. Do not exceed two capsules per day.

• Vitamin D3+K2: take one (1) veggie capsule once a day, 20-30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water, or as directed by your health care professional.
